These filters are constructed from 100% polypropylene fibers, providing broad chemical compatibility and low extractable levels, making them suitable for clarifying aqueous solutions, acids, bases, and solvents.​

Our Range Includes...

Hydrophobic Nature: While inherently hydrophobic, these membranes can be easily wetted with low surface tension fluids, facilitating their use in aqueous applications.​

Chemical Compatibility: Resistant to a wide range of chemicals, including acids, bases, and solvents, ensuring versatility across different filtration processes.​

Low Extractables: Designed to minimise the release of extractable substances, ensuring sample purity and integrity.​

Thermal Stability: Capable of operating at temperatures up to 55°C (131°F), suitable for various laboratory conditions.​

Sterilisation Methods: Compatible with gamma irradiation and ethylene oxide (EtO) sterilisation methods, though not suitable for autoclaving.
