iStir HP550 Prime, Digital Stirrer Hotplate Kit, Ceramic, up to 20L, Accumax

The Accumax iStir HP550 Prime is a digital hotplate stirrer for laboratory heating and mixing. Suitable for sample preparation, reagent mixing and solution preparation, it combines adjustable heating and stirring with a clear digital display.

Supplied as a complete kit with a PT1000 temperature probe and retort stand, it allows temperature measurement directly within the sample. The kit is covered by a 2 year warranty.

Digital Heating and Stirring Control

Adjust stirring from 200 to 2200 RPM and hotplate temperature from ambient to 550°C. Three heating modes provide flexibility for different heating requirements.

20 Litre Stirring Capacity

A servo DC motor maintains stirring speed under changing loads, with a maximum stirring capacity of 20 litres. Achievable capacity depends on the liquid viscosity and application.

Glass Ceramic Plate

The chemically resistant glass ceramic top plate provides a durable heating surface for routine laboratory use.

Temperature Probe and Stand Included

The included PT1000 probe measures the sample temperature, while the retort stand supports probe positioning during use.

Built-In Safety Features

Over-temperature protection, a hot surface warning and error indication support safe operation. A keypad lock helps prevent accidental setting changes.
