Hanna HI-6542-02 pH/ORP/ISE + Optical DO Multiparameter Modular Benchtop Meter Kit

Special Offer: £300 off list price and an extended 5-year manufacturer warranty available until 31st December 2025.

The HI-6542-02 kit from the HI-6000 series is a high-precision modular system designed for simultaneous measurement of pH, ORP, ISE, temperature, and dissolved oxygen using optical technology. The kit includes the HI-6000 benchtop base unit, a HI-6000-2 pH/ISE module, a HI-6000-4 optical DO module, the HI-1131B pH electrode, HI-7662-TW temperature probe, and the HI-7641133 optical DO probe with a Smart Cap. Calibration starter sets for both pH and DO are supplied, allowing immediate setup and reliable analysis straight out of the box.

Key Features

Advanced Optical DO Measurement: Utilises luminescence quenching technology with Smart Cap for low-maintenance dissolved oxygen analysis and reduced calibration drift over time.

Complete Multiparameter Capability: Measures pH, ORP, ISE, DO, and temperature within one compact modular system, with automatic temperature and barometric pressure compensation for reliable accuracy.

High Precision and Stability: Achieves pH resolution to 0.001 and DO resolution to 0.01 mg/L, with accuracy maintained through automatic or manual calibration routines.

Connectivity and Control: Features Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and dual USB (A/C) interfaces for direct data export, remote access, and connection to printers or external accessories.

Extended Reliability: The HI-6000 series optical DO probe is IP68-rated and pressure-resistant to 20 m, making it ideal for both laboratory and field applications requiring consistent long-term performance.

The HI-6000 Series Precision Through Modularity

The HI-6000 platform provides a new level of adaptability in laboratory instrumentation through modular configuration. Each system accommodates up to three modules simultaneously, allowing users to measure multiple parameters or samples at once. Five display modesranging from simple readings to full GLP traceabilityenable users to visualise and document data efficiently. All measurements are automatically logged with timestamps for audit-ready record keeping.

A 7-inch capacitive touchscreen with multi-touch capability provides intuitive navigation, while built-in help menus and video tutorials support rapid setup. Ten user profiles with password protection allow individual configuration storage, ensuring traceable and repeatable performance in regulated environments.

Data handling is seamless, with up to one million entries stored per user and export available via Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or USB in universal .csv format. Peripheral support includes barcode scanners, printers, and magnetic stirrers for an efficient digital workflow that eliminates transcription errors.

Each HI-6000 meter and module includes a quality certificate and full eligibility for Hannas calibration and maintenance services. Together with extended warranty support and responsive technical assistance, the HI-6000 range ensures dependable accuracy and compliance across laboratory, industrial, and environmental applications.
