Advantec GC-50 Glass Fibre Filters – Fine-Porosity Prefilter for Suspended Solids and Scintillation Applications
Advantec GC-50 glass fibre filters are binderless, fine-porosity filters designed for use as a prefilter in membrane filtration workflows and for analytical applications such as scintillation counting and suspended solids testing in industrial wastewater. With a nominal retention of 0.5 µm, GC-50 offers effective particulate removal while maintaining structural integrity and low extractables.
The medium to slow flow rate and thin 0.19 mm profile make this filter ideal for liquid clarification and sample preparation, especially when working with particle-rich samples that would otherwise clog finer membranes.
