These Kartell 50ml graduated centrifuge tubes are manufactured from high-transparency polypropylene and supplied with a light blue high-density polyethylene screw cap. Their conical base supports efficient sample recovery, while the clear tube body allows convenient visual inspection of contents.

The tubes feature easy-to-read graduations in 2.5ml subdivisions from 5ml to 50ml, together with a large white marking area for sample identification. Designed for sample collection, transportation and centrifugation, they withstand centrifugal forces up to 10,000 × g and temperatures from -80°C to +121°C. Each tube is individually wrapped and sterilised by ionising beta radiation, making them suitable for applications requiring a sterile tube to be opened only when needed.
