Lewis joined Atom Scientific in October 2023 as part of the bottling team. He brings a strong background in operational efficiency and quality control, developed through prior experience in the food production industry.
During this time, Lewis gained hands on experience with quality standards, food regulations, and process accuracy. This attention to detail carries through into his work at Atom Scientific, where maintaining quality and consistency remains a clear priority in day to day operations.
Can you tell us about your role at Atom Scientific?
“I am cross trained across both small bottling jobs and large scale orders. I work closely with the team to make sure everyone is working efficiently together, and I enjoy supporting team members by sharing tips and best practices I have picked up through experience.
More recently, I have been heavily involved in managing large orders. Working as part of a four person team, I regularly check progress, make sure tasks are completed correctly, and ensure strict safety standards are followed throughout the process.”
What’s something you’re most proud of since working here?
“Being made Kitting Team Leader has increased my confidence and reinforced that my contribution is valued. The role has given me a real sense of achievement, as I know I am supporting Atom’s success while developing skills that are important for my future growth.”
What made you want to join the Atom team?
“I wanted to expand my skills and explore new opportunities. Shortly after joining, it was clear there is a strong team culture here where people communicate well and enjoy working together.”
