Meet Lewis, Kitting Team Leader

Lewis joined the team in October 2023 and brings a strong background in operational efficiency, product quality, and hands-on quality control experience

Before joining Atom Scientific, Lewis worked in the food production industry, where he gained practical experience in quality control and food regulations. This helped him develop a strong attention to detail, which continues to support his role in maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.

Can you tell us about your role at Atom Scientific?

“As Kitting Team Leader, Lewis is cross-trained across small bottling jobs and larger orders. He works closely with the team to keep tasks moving efficiently and enjoys helping colleagues by sharing tips and best practice gained through experience. Lewis has also been heavily involved in managing large-scale orders. Working as part of a four-person team, he regularly checks progress, ensures tasks are completed correctly, and helps maintain strict safety standards.”

What’s something you’re most proud of since working here?

“Since joining Atom Scientific, Lewis is proud of becoming Kitting Team Leader. The role has increased his confidence and reinforced that his contribution is valued and important. For Lewis, the position has brought a strong sense of achievement, while also helping him develop skills that support his continued growth within the business.”

What made you want to join the Atom team?

“Lewis joined Atom Scientific to expand his skills and explore new opportunities. Shortly after joining, he found a positive team environment where communication is strong and colleagues work well together.”

“Outside of work, Lewis is entrepreneurial and runs a small trading card game business with a friend.”
