Meet Daniel C - Manufacturing Lead

Daniel brings over 20 years of experience in warehouse roles, with a strong focus on accuracy, reliability, and quality control.

He spent 12 years at Clinova Healthcare, progressing from Warehouse Operative to Team Leader. Across his career, he has developed a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards, ensuring customers receive the best possible service.

Can you tell us about your role at Atom Scientific?

“My role involves reviewing the production schedule, prioritising jobs based on the needs of the business, and coordinating the team’s workload to ensure products are made efficiently and on time. A key part of my job is planning around production timescales, ensuring we have the materials required to complete jobs.

Manufacturing is responsible for a number of important quality checks, including pH testing, assay testing and alcohol testing. I have recently transitioned into a manufacturing leadership role. To further develop my leadership skills, I recently started a leadership course” 

What's something your most proud of since starting?

“My development since I joined the Atom team and the opportunity to grow” 

What made you want to join the Atom Team?

“I originally joined because it was a new opportunity close to where I live. I love it. I find the manufacturing process interesting, and it’s rewarding to know that the products we make support patients, customers and science labs. Being part of a team that creates products with a real purpose and positive impact is something important to me”

“I’m a Marvel geek, with Thor being my alltime favourite. I’m mad on darts, we now have a dartboard in the canteen and regularly play during our breaks”
