Abdul brings hands-on experience from working with polymers and rubber compounds, where precision was key. With over 10 years of experience, he has built a strong foundation of skills in manual roles that demand focus, planning and attention to detail.

At Atom Scientific, Abdul applies those skills to careful preplanning, safe handling of hazardous products and ensuring processes run smoothly.

Can you tell us about your role at Atom Scientific?

“As part of the Bottling Team, some days I bottle by hand, carefully filling and capping each container. Other days, I weigh out powders. I also operate the bottling machine, ensuring the automated process runs smoothly. Every day is varied. It’s not just about getting the job done, it’s about making sure everything is accurate and in the right place, so the next person can rely on it.”

What’s something you’re most proud of since working here?

“I’m proud to be part of the team. The work goes quicker when you’re enjoying it, and we have a good laugh along the way. The positive environment at Atom makes a big difference.”

What made you want to join the Atom team?

“I’d heard about Atom and the wide range of chemicals we work with, but I’d never actually seen or handled them myself. Since joining, I’ve learned a lot, especially about safely managing hazardous chemicals.”
