Junior Leadership Training with Janis (BOMA Coaching)

This week, we welcomed Janis from BOMA Coaching to work with our newly established Junior Leadership Team (JLT).

The JLT has been created to support the development of our Senior Leadership Team and wider departments across the business, providing opportunities for team members to build their skills, share ideas, and contribute to the future growth of Atom.

Over two days of learning and development, the team explored a range of topics and techniques aligned with our values, including coaching, team building, organisation, leadership development, and personal reflection.

Through a combination of interactive workshops, group discussions, and practical exercises, the team were encouraged to challenge their thinking, strengthen relationships, and develop new approaches to leadership.

The sessions fostered collaboration, one of Atom’s core values, and provided practical tools to support the team’s ongoing development.

The team gained valuable insights into their individual leadership styles, the importance of communication, and how to positively influence and support those around them.
