Large opening vials with 13-425 screw thread screw
Straight sided profile
Allows easy access to sample for both manual sampling and automatic samplers
Reduced internal volume due to cone internal base but with standard size of 15x45mm diameter x height
Designed for low recovery and/or combinatorial work. Also suited to use in the majority of Waters liquid autosamplers
Excellent for long term storage with suitable cap/closure
Clear vials made from inert, low expansion Type I Class A
Other vials are manufacured in type 51 borosilicate amber glass
Minimal sample contamination is assured
Low metals content also ensures sample integrity
Silanised/deactivated vials also offered for ultra-trace and other critical samples
Manufactured to precise standards and 100% guaranteed
High recovery vials for combinatorial studies
Sample storage

Material: Made with Neubor clear glass tubing NB-F1000 or NB-A150 (amber) neutral Type 1 glass or Schott equivalent
Hydrolytic resistance: Glass is classified as Type 1 according to the following pharmacopoeias: U.S.P. Current Edition, E.U. Current Edition and consequently to DAB Ph.
Arsenic: Arsenic is not part of the melting mass and only present in trace levels originating from raw materials of natural origin, within U.S.P and E.U. Current edition
Heavy metals: The sum of the concentration levels of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium does not exceed 100ppm. These components are not added to glass mass and may be present in trace levels originating from raw materials of natural origin
Asbestos: No materials using asbestos are used in production of glass.
Light transmission: Light transmission of Neubor amber glass after adequate annealing fulfills requirement of E.P. current edition
Glass extractable data, Sodium (Na): 0.3-0.5µg/mL (clear type 1), 0.4-1.4µg/mL (amber type 1)
Glass extractable data, Potassium (K): Not detected (clear type 1), Not detected - 0.02µg/mL (amber type 1)
Glass extractable data - other metals: Details on application, but generally less than 0.1 µg/mL if detected
