Advantec QR200 Quartz Fibre Filters – High-Temperature Filters for Acidic Gas Sampling and Pollution Analysis
Advantec QR200 quartz fibre filters are constructed from high-purity, biologically inert silica fibres, engineered for sampling acidic gases and particulate pollutants in extreme high-temperature environments. With superior chemical resistance and a thick 1 mm profile, QR200 filters are ideal for applications requiring maximum durability and minimal interaction with analytes, including gases that are typically absorbed by conventional filter materials.
These filters offer low adsorption, very low trace metal content, and long-term humidity resistance, making them suitable for extended storage and high-purity applications. QR200 filters are also easily sterilised by autoclaving or baking and are rated for continuous use at temperatures up to 1000°C.
