The muffle furnace incorporates four highly efficient heating elements into the ceramic fibre chamber to maximise the working space that can accommodate a variety of samples. The low thermal mass of the insulation material ensures rapid heating to the set temperature.
The elements are automatically turned off when the up and over door is opened to ensure user safety.
The temperature is digitally controlled and the heating ramp can be set along with the time to give a number of programs.
