HI-98517 KEY® is a pocket thermometer with an interchangeable probe for quick spot degrees Celsius measurements. Approximately 700 hours of continuous use.

With a response time of less than 20 seconds in water, KEY® is ideal for quality control and routine industrial temperature monitoring.

The casing of the hand-held thermometer is completely redesigned with a more ergonomic shape. The probe supplied (HI-98517-13) is constructed out of rugged AISI 316 stainless steel, resisting the harmful effects of chemicals and humid conditions.

This thermometer is supplied with the HI-98517-13 measuring 130 mm long, ideal for penetration of semi-solids, plus the testing of general purpose liquid, air/gas.

There are two other interchangeable probes available to buy separately:

HI-98517-15 (170 mm long) and HI-98517-30 (320 mm long) probes are for general liquid monitoring.
