Frequent Uses

Iron and Manganese Removal
The manganese dioxide coating on the Greensand Plus acts as a catalyst in the oxidation-reduction reactions that convert soluble iron and manganese into insoluble forms, which can then be removed by filtration. 

Hydrogen Sulphide, Arsenic and Radium Removal
Effectively removes hydrogen sulfide, can also remove toxic contaminants such as arsenic and radium.
