Advantec GB-100R Glass Fibre Filters – Low Trace Metal Filters for Aerosol and Contaminant Analysis

Advantec GB-100R glass fibre filters are binderless, fine-porosity filters designed for aerosol sampling and airborne contaminant analysis, particularly where low trace metal content is critical. With a nominal retention of 0.6 µm, these filters are ideal for capturing dust, heavy metals (As, Cd, Pb), and biological materials in both high- and low-volume air monitoring systems.

Constructed from pure borosilicate glass microfibers, GB-100R filters offer fast flow rates, excellent thermal stability up to 500°C, and low background interference, making them suitable for DNA/RNA filtration, protein precipitate recovery, and trace metal analysis by ICP, AAS, or XRF.
