Decal II is a rapid acid based decalcification solution that is ideal for larger bone specimens or specimens requiring rapid diagnosis.
The Sodium Chloride protects the nuclei to ensure excellent H & E Staining.
When using a HCL Rapid- Decal over decalcification may result in the loss of nulear chromatin.
