A Mono Sodium Citrate/formic acid blend (also known as Morse's solution) ideal for decalcifying small biopsies (0.2-0.5cm) of bone and teeth.
It is recommended for decalcification of tissues where rapid ISH analysis of specific RNA expression is important.
Studies show that specific mRNAs were strongly detected in sections treated with Morse's solution.
Provides excellent histological detail.
